I was never the “healthy” type.
I grew up simply, with all the wisdom to eat “right” given to me, but without the personal interest to chase a healthy life style. It wasn’t until I watched my growing family and the frustration of not being unable to “fix” the little nagging health worries, and later as I began to experience my own personal health problems; that the impact of “what you eat” and how it could impact the body caused me to realize that what my mother had tried to teach me growing up, I should have payed more attention to.
So I took that knowledge and armed with determination, began the journey of discovering health and what it means in our modern time: To live “free of man” and no matter how much bondage we actually are under- by our own indifference to the truth of what “man made food” means: To find a different path. -MeganB.
